Imprecatory psalm

Is it wrong to want to write an imprecatory psalm about spammers? Or to carry out the wishes of said psalm upon the physical bodies of said offenders.

    The common wisdom seems to be that since the offence is digital, then digital retaliation is covered by Lex Talionis but that mechanical retribution is best left to the authorities ;)
