    Nice review, though a bit pedantic at times, while he is right (if he claims) that the prefix “post” means (“officially”) just after etc. in its usage in Post-Evangelical etc. it DOES seem to mean “coming from”. But that’s me being a pedant back!

    He made me think that the book might be worth adding to the pile I must read…
